As a Card Operations Intern at Aspire, you will play a vital role in the fulfillment operation of physical cards, ensuring a seamless customer experience and contributing to process improvements.

In Short

• Identify process gaps and enhance products with the Tech team.
• Receive and reship physical cards to customers.
• Track card shipments and update customers on their status.
• Coordinate with delivery agencies for timely card delivery.
• Manage a tracker for reconciliation and special transactions.
• Handle escalations and issues related to physical cards.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience.
• Completed or pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
