Requirements

• Active CA P&C License.
• 1+ year of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance concepts and terminology.
• Ability to negotiate and solve practical problems.
• Excellent working relationships with staff and clients.
• Ability to communicate complex issues effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to adapt to a paperless environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong administrative qualities in back-end processing.
