• Originate mortgage loan applications through referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.

Requirements

• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Minimum 18 months of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with proven loan production success.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA) and lending regulations.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency in loan origination software (LOS) and CRM systems.
