We are seeking a Software Development Manager for Platform Services to lead engineering delivery, operational excellence, and platform tools support in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of software development experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Expertise in API Management and Observability tools.
• Fluency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
• Experience in front-end frameworks like React is a plus.
• Mastery of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
