Overview

As an Account Manager at ARRISE, you will manage a portfolio of clients, support their needs, and drive long-term partnerships in the iGaming industry.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Support client onboarding and guide through integrations.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and KPI reports.
  • Monitor the iGaming market for relevant opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
  • Participate in industry events and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially minded with analytical abilities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
