In Short

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Take ownership of clients throughout all phases of their relationship with Array.
• Proactively problem solve for clients.
• Identify and lead complex growth opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B Client Success roles.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of account success.
• Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.
