Senior Product Analyst - Remote

Overview

At Aroundhome, we are dedicated to making data the foundation of our product strategy and business decisions. To drive this further, we are building up a department of Product Analytics to tackle the most challenging tasks from the business and user side, improve processes and tools, and drive data excellence across the organization.

In Short

• Enable Data-Informed Decisions: Perform analyses that address specific business needs, allowing teams to make timely and informed decisions.
• Define and Track KPIs: Act as an advisor on KPI definitions and data requirements.
• Build and Optimize Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Enable Self-Service Analytics: Build and optimize data sources for autonomous insights.
• Train and Upskill Teams: Lead training sessions on data analytics and visualization tools.
• Provide Strategic Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses for complex projects.
• Contribute to Product Development: Share insights and validate product ideas.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data quality and accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a data analytics role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Strong understanding of product analytics and user behavior analysis.
• Understanding of data infrastructure and governance concepts.
• Experience supporting self-service analytics initiatives.
• Strong communication skills to translate data insights.
