As a Data Platform Team Lead, you will empower house owners across Germany and the DACH region by leading a team of Data Engineers to build a robust data platform that drives strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in a data engineering role, preferably in B2C or marketplace.
• 5+ years leading data engineering/platform teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with technologies like Kafka, Apache Spark, Airflow, Terraform, AWS.
• Proven track record in modernizing data infrastructure.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
