Tax Manager (APAC/EMEA) - Remote

Overview

Arista Networks is seeking a Tax Manager to support the International Tax Team, working remotely or from offices in Pune or Bangalore, with responsibilities across APAC and EMEA regions.

In Short

• Prepare quarterly corporate income tax provisions for APAC and EMEA subsidiaries.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns.
• Support statutory financial statement preparation and audits.
• Handle quarterly GST/VAT returns and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide data for Transfer Pricing Reports.
• Minimize withholding taxes through customer collaboration.
• Present tax topics to the accounting team.
• Engage in other compliance duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Chartered Accountant qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software; NetSuite is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work across time zones.
