In Short

  • Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration.
  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks.
  • Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt out processes, census data.
  • Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage and audit.
  • Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally.
  • Students that are finishing their degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Good organizational skills and tech savvy.
  • Willingness to learn and innovate, problem solving ability and proactivity.

Requirements

  • Detail and process-oriented.
  • Advanced English skills.
