TRC Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The TRC Service Technician at Holman provides emergency roadside assistance, assists drivers in locating repair locations, and ensures that all repairs are necessary and fairly priced.

In Short

• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance.
• Locate suitable repair locations for drivers.
• Document all maintenance and repair events accurately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Vocational or Technical education recommended.
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of 20-25 WPM.
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or truck repair.
• ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories.
