In Short

• Manage and take responsibility for projects according to client's standards.
• Ensure regular status communication updates to client's ICT management.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and document outcomes.
• Strengthen project governance through coaching and checkpoints.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
• Manage implementation of information systems to meet business needs.
• Facilitate production and approval of project deliverables.
• Monitor budget and resources available to the project.
• Interact with internal stakeholders for project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of IT experience in a medium-large enterprise.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level).
• Minimum of 9 years in Project Management.
• Experience managing 5 end-to-end projects in various domains.
• 5 years in an international environment or EU institutions.
• 5 years in a highly regulated public/government environment.
• 5 years of experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• 3 years managing cloud implementation projects.
• Knowledge of planning and estimation techniques.
• Certification in PM methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or PM2.
