Overview

The Cloud Engineer / Security and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing advanced threat protection in the M365 environment.

• Develop and implement security policies for M365.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Implement conditional access policies in Azure AD.
• Configure data encryption policies.
• Manage eDiscovery and legal hold processes.
• Monitor security health using Microsoft 365 Security Center.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Conduct user training and awareness programs.
• Stay updated with M365 security features.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with security monitoring and reporting.
• Expertise in Advanced Threat Protection.
• Knowledge of data encryption and Azure Information Protection.
• Experience with eDiscovery and legal hold management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Full proficiency in English; French is a plus.
