As the Project Manager for SAP Solutions at Argano, you are entrusted with a critical leadership role, orchestrating our SAP solution initiatives to achieve unprecedented success.

• Spearhead the strategic alignment of SAP project goals with Argano's overarching strategic vision.
• Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive the Go-To-Market strategy for SAP solutions.
• Serve as Argano's SAP solutions thought leader.
• Collaborate with Digital Enterprise Architects to develop digital strategies.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage multiple SAP implementation and AMS projects.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Navigate project scope, schedule, and resource changes.
• Conclude programs effectively, capturing lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8+ years of project management experience.
• Industry certifications such as PMI, Prince2, etc.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with at least 5 full SAP implementations, including 2 SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Must be able and willing to travel to customer sites up to 80% of the time.
