Principal JD Edwards HCM Payroll Consultant - Remote

Overview

Argano is seeking a Principal JD Edwards HCM Payroll Consultant in our Managed Services practice. This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through day-to-day system support of JD Edwards HCM modules. The consultant will be responsible for working with the client team to resolve issues, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and continue system enhancement to optimize business operations. The resource should have extensive knowledge and experience with JD Edwards HCM business processes.

In Short

• Consult with clients to provide cost-effective solutions using JD Edwards HCM Applications.
• Provide high-quality client support by gathering information to solve system issues.
• Troubleshoot client issues through research, system testing, and configuration.
• Collaborate with client teams for system upgrades and end-user training.
• Contribute to support processes by suggesting efficiencies and documenting issues.
• Refine and document client requirements for approval.
• Apply creative approaches to resolve system issues.
• Work with Oracle to resolve service requests.
• Participate in training to stay current with JD Edwards functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of consulting or industry experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Processing and related procedures.
• Extensive experience in consulting with a proven track record of project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
