Overview

A Principal Consultant Client Services at Argano plays a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Client Services family. They are responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with mid to large size clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and continued business with the company. They provide advanced technical support and configuration when requested. They act as a bridge between the client and Argano, ensuring that client needs are understood and met. A Lead Consultant is constantly implementing and testing enhancements as well as new functionality. This position involves setting strategic goals, leading mid to large size client initiatives, and providing expert guidance to both clients and internal teams.

In Short

• Maintain regular communication with mid to large size clients.
• Consult with clients to provide cost-effective solutions using Oracle Financials Applications.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Document and present customer requirements for approval.
• Identify creative approaches to resolve implementation obstacles.
• Analyze systems to identify new requirements and enhancements.
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Manage client accounts, including contract renewals and upselling.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Prepare and present reports to management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 5 - 10 years of Client Services experience.
• 10+ years as Oracle Functional consultant with Cloud project experience.
• Experience with Oracle Financial modules like General Ledger, Account Receivables, etc.
• Strong consulting and business analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
