In Short

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to gather insights from end-users, stakeholders, and existing data.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Coordinate and maintain Design System components and ensure consistency across projects.
• Work closely with SCRUM teams and federal Product Owners.
• Perform usability testing and accessibility audits.
• Maintain robust documentation and advise teams on best practices.
• Support cross-functional agile development in a SAFe framework.
• Mentor SCRUM teams on UX-related topics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong expertise in user-centered design processes.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and conducting audits.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Ability to create and maintain design documentation.
