UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a UX Designer at EngFlow, you'll own and shape the user experience across the suite of developer productivity tools, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and customers to design intuitive interfaces.

In Short

• Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for core developer tools.
• Conduct user research to understand engineers' workflows and pain points.
• Translate technical complexity into simple, usable interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with product goals.
• Develop and maintain EngFlow’s design system and visual language.
• Advocate for user-centered design in a technical environment.

Requirements

• Experience in UX design, preferably for developer tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
• Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
