• Responsible for the professional management of complex cloud and platform projects.
• Act as the central interface between customer management and technical teams.
• Manage customer and stakeholder communications.
• Control project budgets, resources, and risks.
• End-to-end responsibility for requirement management and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate decision-making processes between departments and stakeholders.
• Support project team members and ensure transparent processes.
• Prepare and accompany the transition into operational organizations.
• Work in sectors like public administration and IT service providers.

Requirements

• Degree or training in IT.
• Several years of experience as a project manager in complex IT projects.
• Experience in public administration or IT service environments.
• Understanding of cloud, infrastructure, or platform projects.
• Experience in data center, platform, or application operations.
• Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance frameworks is ideal.
• Strong organizational skills and economic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills at the management level.
• Willingness to travel within Germany for important client meetings.
• Fluency in German and English.
