  • Process financial transactions, billing inquiries, and payment-related issues with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analyze customer accounts to identify discrepancies, resolve billing disputes, and ensure proper account reconciliation
  • Collaborate with internal teams including accounting, sales, and operations to resolve complex customer issues
  • Execute daily financial operations tasks including invoice processing, payment tracking, and account maintenance
  • Document customer interactions and financial transactions in CRM and financial systems
  • Optimize support processes by identifying trends in customer inquiries and recommending operational improvements
  • Lead escalated customer cases requiring financial expertise and provide solutions that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or financial operations roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial software applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
