Overview

Ardelyx is a publicly traded commercial biopharmaceutical company founded with a mission to discover, develop and commercialize innovative first-in-class medicines that meet significant unmet medical needs. Ardelyx has two commercial products approved in the United States, IBSRELA® (tenapanor) and XPHOZAH® (tenapanor). Ardelyx has agreements for the development and commercialization of tenapanor outside of the U.S. Kyowa Kirin commercializes PHOZEVEL® (tenapanor) for hyperphosphatemia in Japan. A New Drug Application for tenapanor for hyperphosphatemia has been submitted in China with Fosun Pharma. Knight Therapeutics commercializes IBSRELA in Canada.

In Short

• Lead all branded healthcare provider (HCP) initiatives for IBSRELA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across various channels.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive key opinion leader (KOL) engagement strategies.
• Implement advanced analytics frameworks for program evaluation.
• Oversee financial governance for P2P programs.
• Shape and influence overall brand strategy.
• Work in a hybrid corporate office and remote environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS, MBA a plus.
• 9-12 years marketing experience in healthcare/pharma/biotech.
• P2P marketing and operational experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as required (~30%).
