Overview

The Lead Backend Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of innovative direct to consumer insurance products, while also mentoring junior developers and making architectural decisions.

• Experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Experience with Node.js and MongoDB.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Bonus points for knowledge of the cybersecurity domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
