Overview

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) at Arcellx, you'll be part of a field-based medical team, acting as a key scientific resource on cell therapy for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

In Short

• Establish professional relationships with healthcare professionals in the hematology space.
• Develop territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
• Deliver approved medical education relevant to disease states and products.
• Share insights to inform medical strategies and clinical programs.
• Represent Arcellx at medical and scientific conferences.
• Support execution of clinical trials in partnership with clinical operations.
• Domestic travel of approximately 50-70% required.

• Contribute to the success of transformative therapies.
• Engage in external-facing medical education and insight collection.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, M.D., or Ph.D.) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in MSL/Medical Affairs in relevant therapeutic area.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and access environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to partner and influence across functions and leadership levels.
• Agile and results-oriented mindset.
• Resides within the territory.
