Overview

The Value & Access Liaison plays a crucial role in bridging health economic and outcomes research with payers and healthcare systems to enhance patient access to innovative therapies.

In Short

• Serve as the RWE and HEOR interface with payers and health systems.
• Deliver clinical, value, and outcomes evidence to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with decision makers to address their information needs.
• Develop and execute RWE/HEOR strategies.
• Maintain deep market knowledge in the US healthcare ecosystem.
• Analyze and communicate study findings effectively.
• Support value-based decision makers with relevant insights.
• Facilitate research collaborations to improve patient outcomes.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to cover assigned geography.
• Contribute to the launch of innovative therapies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, MS, MSN, MPH) with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in oncology/hematology and customer-facing roles.
• Strong comprehension and communication skills.
• Experience in data analytics and HEOR research.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information clearly.
• Demonstrated expertise in HEOR and value assessment.
• Knowledge of US healthcare policy and regulatory actions.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagement.
• Commitment to collaboration and innovative solutions.
