In Short

• Seeking a highly motivated, field-based marketing leader.
• Critical role in shaping and executing thought leader and customer engagement strategy.
• Focus on the launch and growth of anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel).
• Interface between Arcellx and regional/national thought leaders.
• Generate actionable insights to inform brand strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Support regional advisory boards and educational initiatives.
• Travel up to 70% required.
• 8+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in hematology/oncology preferred.
• Experience in multiple myeloma or CAR T strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in field marketing or thought leader liaison roles desired.
• Ability to engage with academic and community thought leaders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced launch environment.
