Director, Value, Evidence & Outcomes Liaison (VEOL) – Central - Remote

Overview

The Director, Value, Evidence & Outcomes Liaison (VEOL) will serve as the interface between Arcellx and population-based decision makers, focusing on accelerating patient access and transforming healthcare delivery through impactful science.

In Short

• Engage with healthcare decision makers to support drug development and access decisions.
• Deliver clinical, value, and outcomes evidence.

• Develop and execute RWE/HEOR strategy.

• Travel approximately 50% to cover assigned territory.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, MS, MSN, MPH) with 7+ years of experience.
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare system.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in HEOR and value assessment.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience in data analytics and real-world data.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Reside in assigned territory (OH, IN, IL, MI, WI, IA, MN, AL, MS, LA, TX, AR, MO, KS, OK, NE, AZ, NM, CO, UT).
• Willingness to travel for the role.
