• The Director of Central Finance will oversee the financial operations of the company.
• Responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports ensuring compliance.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors.
• Ensure tools and systems are in place to support financial activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing finance team.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
