Requirements

• Proven experience in infrastructure cost planning and estimating.
• Extensive knowledge of high-voltage electrical construction projects.
• Deep understanding of construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in CANDY and Cost-X software.
• Professional membership (CIOB, RICS, ICE) is desirable.
• Experience in project risk assessment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
