In Short

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyse requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans.
• Utilise Buildsoft Cubit Estimating System for estimates.
• Manage vendor and contractor bids.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Present estimates and reports to management.
• Monitor changes in project scope and adjust estimates.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
• Experience in residential and commercial construction estimating preferred.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software, particularly Buildsoft Cubit.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial projections.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in residential and commercial construction estimating preferred.
