Overview

The Skills Analytics Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving skills-focused insights through advanced analytics, dashboards, and data quality processes, supporting Arcadis’ journey towards a skills-based model.

• Help the SPO Program team understand their skills reporting and analytics needs.
• Advise on effective reporting formats for skills-related analytics.
• Develop skills reports and dashboards for senior leaders.
• Identify and analyze trends in skills data.
• Provide ongoing analytics support to the Skills Powered Delivery Team.
• Extract and process data from the SPO Platform.
• Collaborate to optimize data pipelines for quality insights.
• Resolve data quality issues in CruncHR and SPO Platform.
• Create shadow reporting frameworks for skills insights.
• Support the Global People Analytics Manager with key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in reporting or analytics.
• Technical experience in creating reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality outputs in challenging environments.
