• Deliver recommendations and actionable insights to key stakeholders to help drive revenue.
• Optimize GTM motions using data-driven approaches.
• Solve difficult open-ended problems through novel data solutions.
• Support development of predictive models for strategic initiatives.
• Build dashboards and ad hoc reports for data analysis.
• Define and monitor KPIs across the company.
• Build production-ready data models using DBT.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• 5+ years in analytics with a strong understanding of statistical concepts.
• Experience with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience building predictive/forecasting models.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Experience supporting GTM teams.
