The Global Digital Learning Specialist provides expertise partnering and working closely with peers, SME’s and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, scalable, future focused and quality approach is applied across all learning and digital content and key projects and initiates, leveraging technologies, and learning methodologies to ensure the success in offering and availability across the global business.

• Control and manage the teams project area ensuring all members adhere to established processes.
• Collaborate with the business, SMEs and stakeholders on digital needs analysis.
• Design and develop training content in various formats including multimedia.
• Oversee stakeholder management throughout the online learning journey.
• Ensure content outcomes align with the Arcadis brand and guidelines.
• Update legacy content to adhere to brand and accessibility considerations.
• Support Global Digital Learning partners on projects and translation requirements.
• Encourage employees to take control of their development through content initiatives.
• Communicate new content and initiatives to generate enthusiasm.
• Establish clear reporting and ROI against offering success.

Requirements

• Ability to build and maintain strong team and client relationships.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, project-oriented organization.
• Ability to control multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven skills in design, development, and implementation of training courses.
• Knowledge of current digital instructional methods.
• Expertise with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
• Experience with learning and performance management systems.
• Understanding of AICC and SCORM authoring and compliance.
• Strong learning agility and curiosity.
