The Global Digital Learning Journey Project Partner provides broad expertise partnering and working closely with peers, specialists, and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, scalable, future focused and quality approach is applied across all learning and digital content and key projects and initiatives.

In Short

• Manage the request process for digital training content and design initiatives.
• Partner with the business, SMEs, and other stakeholders on digital needs analysis.
• Design and develop training content in various formats.
• Project manage the online learning journey design and delivery.
• Ensure content outcomes align with Arcadis brand and guidelines.
• Support the transition of digital learning content for global consistency.
• Establish digital learning paths for business areas and roles.
• Load and support developed content within Oracle Learn Cloud.
• Encourage employees to take control of their development.
• Communicate new content and initiatives effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skilled in design and implementation of training courses.
• Knowledge of current digital instructional methods.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Understanding of AICC and SCORM compliance.
• Knowledge of content evaluation methodology.
• Strong learning agility and curiosity.
