In Short

• Support Technical Director and Discipline Director in leading the team and developing functional area expertise.
• Manage team and projects for Energy Civil & Structures team.
• Oversee production and verification of analysis and design, including drawings and reports.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance.
• Address client feedback and ensure effective communication of changes.
• Focus on quality for final 2D & 3D drawings and deliverables.
• Engage with various Arcadis Regional offices/teams.
• Ensure safe designs and flag risks appropriately.
• Develop technical methodologies that add value.
• Manage complex/multi-disciplinary projects.

Requirements

• BE/Post-Graduation in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 20+ years relevant experience in design of Civil & Structural elements in Power T&D.
• US/UK/Australia Registered or accredited professionals preferred.
• Knowledge of UK/US/Australia standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Civil/structural design, specifications & drawings.
• Strong command in applicable engineering software.
• Experience in delivery of designs at all stages from concept through construction.
• Experience with design software: STAAD Pro, Robot, TEDDS, Mathcad, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
