Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Arcadia.io, you will take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers, ensuring alignment between Arcadia’s solutions and customers' business objectives while leading a team of Customer Success Managers.

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Drive customer adoption and deliver strategic value.
  • Develop strategic account plans and customer success plans.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer success operations.
  • Support contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure high Net Promoter Scores for assigned customers.
  • Contribute to hiring and training efforts for the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing customer success teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.
