Overview

The Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) at Arcadia is responsible for leading complex implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of the platform to customers, and enhancing customer experience throughout the relationship.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Arcadia's platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account implementation in healthcare technology.
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Experience with EHR and claims data integration.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
• Experience with data aggregation and analysis, including SQL.
• Familiarity with Tableau and QlikView preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration.
