Senior Analyst, Warehouse & Logistics Business Process - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst - Warehousing & Logistics Business Process will support the evolution of the Warehousing & Logistics business needs through identifying and implementing technology and relevant business solutions.

In Short

• Support overall business readiness for projects & initiatives.
• Identify gaps in current business processes and lead evaluations.
• Define business requirements for future projects.
• Create and maintain business process flows and training documentation.
• Liaison between Operations and cross-functional business teams.
• Ensure best practices and process optimization are built at the design stage.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and develop documentation for sign-off.
• Work closely with Data & Analytics team to ensure data consistency.
• Manage incident and change request tickets.
• Support global teams in developing new processes and system requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a Warehousing & Logistics role.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Prior implementation experience.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Adaptable and forward-thinking.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and order management processes.
• Advanced analytical skills with a strong aptitude for spreadsheets.
• Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
• Able to travel internationally as required.
