Overview

As a Raw Materials Data Analyst - Temporary, you will be providing the Raw Materials (RM) team with the clear and actionable data they need to make informed decisions, focusing on supporting the RM Sourcing, RM Development, Supply Planning, and Color Operations teams.

• Provide actionable data for Raw Materials team decisions.
• Spot trends that drive sourcing strategies.
• Support various teams including RM Sourcing and Supply Planning.
• Field, analyze, and report data on seasonal materials forecast.
• Collaborate on systems and tooling special projects.
• Develop KPIs for T2 Supply Planning and Sourcing performance.
• Work with IT on data integration projects.
• Automate processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Labor Association’s principles.
• Explore AI and blockchain opportunities for improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product commercialization or supply chain experience.
• Robust experience with data analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power Query.
• Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems.
• Proficient with Power BI, SQL, and DAX.
• Understanding of raw materials supply chains.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
