Product Operations Manager - Veilance - Remote

Overview

As the Product Operations Manager - Veilance, you partner closely with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to support the evolution and management of the Innovation to Customer (I2C) process, focusing on the inputs and outputs of the Veilance team.

In Short

• Manage all inputs and outputs of the Veilance team.
• Partner on the development of key I2C processes.
• Ensure all I2C deliverables are on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evolve the I2C process.
• Document end-to-end processes with the Product Operations team.
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze current business processes for improvements.
• Build relationships with Design and Merchandising teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas and summarize actions.
• Uphold Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in an operational role.
• High level of analytical and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with the product life cycle.
• Strong visual fluency.
• Comfortable navigating Miro and Keynote.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate and document business processes.
• Confidence in communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to improve skills independently.
