Overview

As a Performance Validation Manager, you lead the performance validation strategy and function, creating consistent testing protocols, data assessment and reporting approaches, across all Advanced Concepts projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or Engineering.
• 7+ years in technical apparel/equipment research and validation.
• 2+ years managing performance validation/research programs.
• Experience with performance validation data collection tools.
• Hands-on experience with human test subjects and athletes.
• Excitement for experimental research and validation.
• Expert understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics.
• Strong experience in experimental design and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with brand IP portfolio management.
