Overview

As Manager, Raw Materials Sourcing- Circularity, you will be responsible for driving supply chain operational excellence within our raw materials supplier base, focusing on sustainability and circularity.

• Manage integration of circular technologies and suppliers into the supply chain.
• Lead T2 supply initiatives, including supplier sourcing and onboarding.
• Ensure alignment of T2 supply base with strategic business plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical apparel sourcing/manufacturing.
• 3+ years experience leading teams.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is a plus.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with ERP and ERPII systems.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to develop financial models.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
• Proactive in identifying root causes and developing solutions.
• Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
• Passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing.
