Content Creator - Co-Op Student - Remote

Overview

The Content Creator Co-Op Student will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective and scalable training content to support global Care and Repair operations.

In Short

• Design and develop training materials for onboarding and ongoing learning.
• Ensure content is consistent and aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with teams to create accurate and current materials.
• Manage version control of training content.
• Use various software tools to create instructional materials.
• Identify training needs and propose learning solutions.
• Develop a well-structured document library.
• Work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote work.
• Duration of the co-op is eight months.
• Must be a university student in the 3rd or 4th year.

Requirements

• Studying towards a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience developing courses and SOPs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passionate about quality learning and guest services.
• Interest in outdoor activities.
