Overview

The Revenue Operations Lead will play a critical role in driving efficiency, alignment, and growth across ArangoDB’s sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This position serves as the operational backbone for our revenue-generating functions, optimizing processes, systems, and insights to accelerate performance and strategic decision-making.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify initiatives to maximize revenue generation and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Design and enhance foundational processes for the customer lifecycle.
  • Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue operations.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of sales data and KPIs.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
  • Design and manage territory and quota allocations.
  • Create and present detailed reports on revenue performance.
  • Lead change initiatives to enhance efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in building and managing territories and comp plans.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple projects.
  • An understanding of AI applications is a plus.
