Overview

Plurilogic is seeking an Accounting Associate to improve and optimize cashflow by effectively billing our customers, organizing accounting information, and helping provide and analyze the data necessary to implement cash acceleration strategies.

In Short

• Manage Plurilogic’s customer billing and collections each month
• Solve discrepancies between bills sent and received
• Prepare financial reports for analysis by the Portfolio Controller
• Assist with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and bonus/commission processing for employees
• Track company spending and help minimize waste
• Gather necessary information and create reports to help management make strategic decisions
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, clerical tasks, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in Accounting or related role
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel
• Customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset and detail-oriented
