• 1+ years of experience in cost segregation or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Pro DC and Microsoft products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

• 1+ years of work experience in cost segregation or related fields.
• Proficient in Adobe Pro DC and MS Office products.
• Knowledge of RS Means and Marshall and Swift.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Potential travel 20%-30%.
