Construction Estimator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a driven Estimator to join an Australian builder and manufacturer that designs, engineers, manufactures, and constructs a wide range of structures—from single-story homes to multi-story residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

In Short

• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Remote: Australian business hours
• Start date: ASAP
• Starting Salary: Flexible depending on experience and skill level.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction estimating (with experience in the Australian market).
• Exposure to residential (single/double/multi-story), with some commercial or industrial knowledge preferred.
• Previous work with a builder, developer, or subcontractor is ideal.
• Experience with CostX is a strong advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and cost awareness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a flexible, supportive environment.
