Brawley is a design-build-furnish General Contractor specializing in Federal/State/Municipal Government business and Commercial Construction. We are seeking a Construction Estimator for our headquarters in Wilmington, NC, with options for remote or hybrid work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience estimating for US based commercial and/or federal construction.
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial, institutional, or military construction estimating preferred.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with RS Means and e4Clicks preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and act with integrity.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
