Overview

The Chronic Account Manager is responsible for selling Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and related services, focusing on increasing sales and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.

In Short

• Sell Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and related services.
• Generate clinical demand and facilitate patient discharges.
• Conduct daily sales calls to case managers and doctors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with the Vice President.
• Maintain call plans and document outcomes in CRM.
• Provide education and support to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and agencies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Current RN or LVN licensure in the appropriate state.
• 1 year of related experience or relevant college degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales of services or products.
• Excellent customer/patient focus.
• Action-oriented and self-starter.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and networks.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
