In Short

• Seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join the Marketing team.
• Own and drive marketing efforts in the AMER region.
• Focus on driving revenue, brand awareness, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Expertise in B2B marketing, ideally with experience in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and/or Xero.
• Develop and implement integrated field marketing plans.
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events.
• Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities and partnerships.
• Partner with sales teams for region-specific messaging and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for a cohesive approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or regional marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of local business culture in accounting/finance.
• Proven track record of planning and executing regional marketing initiatives.
• Experience managing events and regional campaigns.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Data-driven approach to marketing.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
