Overview

The dYdX Foundation is seeking a Marketing Lead to engage with the dYdX ecosystem, shape communications, and drive marketing initiatives. This role is focused on building community, executing partnerships, and leading marketing strategies in the DeFi space.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a crypto/DeFi/trading/tech marketing leadership role.
• Experience in building and engaging online communities.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Analytical mindset for leveraging social media insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of blockchain tech.
• Proficient in task management systems, specifically Notion.
• Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Structured ability to manage multiple relationships.
• Self-starter with end-to-end execution capabilities.
